Delete your account & data
You can request permanent deletion of your KlassNotes account and the personal data associated with it at any time. To start a request, email us using the button below — send it from the address on your account so we can verify it's you.
Request account deletionWhat gets deleted
Your account (name, email, and any optional phone number) and the records tied to it — your observations, lesson presentations, notes, attendance marks, and any photos you uploaded.
What may be retained
Classroom and children's records are owned by your school, not by your personal account. Where a record is shared with your school, it may be retained under the school's control after your account is removed. Server access logs are kept for a short window for security, then purged. We may retain the minimum information required to comply with legal obligations.
How long it takes
We confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days. Deleted data is not recoverable once the process completes.
